All Orders are to be shipped within 24 hours, 99% of the items listed on our website are in-stock

There is a 15% restocking fee for all return unused item(s)

Return and Refund

Please contact us at seasideaquatics@yahoo.com for more details, most of the items are returnable in the original brand new and unused condition. The customers are responsible for all return shipping cost to us. All item must be return within 7 business days.

Please note that customer is responsible for all shipping cost shipping of the product back to us, SSA will not be held responsible for any return shipping charges.

Replacement parts cannot be return or exchange or refund. We have had customers purchased brand new replacement part(s) and then swapped with their old and broken part(s). Then the customers would request a return on that item(s). Therefore replacement controller, replacement impellers, replacement cover...etc cannot be return. If you have any questions please contact us for more details. We are here to help.

This warranty policy only applied to Bubble Magus products, Sea Side Aquatics products and Your Choice Aquatics products.
All other products, please contact the manufactures directly as Sea Side Aquatics, LLC is not allow to get involve.
If you purchased the item online, please don’t contact the online vendor. This would slow down the process. Please contact us at support@seasideaquatics.com directly for help.
If you purchased the item at a local walk in store, please contact your store for trouble shooting. Your local store should be able to help you or contact us directly if they can’t. Usually if they have the replacement part(s) in stock, they will help replace it for you. If they don’t, we will send the part(s) to them.
Please note under no circumstances the store would be able to trade or swap you a new item. They only can fix and replace the necessary part(s) for you. Any other agreements or request must be approve by us.
A copy of the purchase receipt is required for all warranty claim. Without a receipt, we will base the warranty period under the serial number. Warranty period is start from the time of purchased, its not perpetuate or restart from the time of replacement, repair or service.
– Skimmer parts, acrylic body, skimmer base, acrylic collection cup and cup lid are warranty for 1 year.
– Skimmer pump / Water Pump motor are warranty for 1 year
– Needle Wheel Impeller / Water Impeller are warranty for 6 months
– Ceramic Shaft is warranty for 6 months ( NO WARRANTY FOR SICCE USA SKIMMER PUMPS )
– Dosing pump software/program warranty for 1 year
– Dosing pump head, included rotor and tubing are warranty for 6 months
- Koi Feeders, RDF, Bakki Showers are warranty for 1 year
- Koi Nets / Sock Nets are warranty for 6 months
- Viewing Bowls comes with no warranty
- Water damages to controller(s) are not cover under warranty, there is no warranty.
We reserved the right to refuse any warranty claim from purchased outside of our Dealer’s Network, International, eBay, Craigslist and / or any other auction sites. This manual explains the features of this product and also serves as a guide to safe and proper installation and operating procedures and techniques. ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS MANUAL IS CURRENT AT THE TIME OF PRINTING. Because we (Bubble Magus, SSA, YCA) are committed to continuous product development, we reserve the right to make product, design, and informational changes without notice. Please contact Sea Side Aquatics for any problems or missing parts do not return to store. Our (Bubble Magus, SSA, YCA) warranty only applies for the original buyer with proof of purchased receipt and the product has been registered with Sea Side Aquatics.
Warranty
We (Bubble Magus, SSA, YCA) warrant that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the date of original purchase if the product is installed and used properly and consistent with the User Manual. Our (Bubble Magus, SSA, YCA) warranty shall not apply: (i) to any damaged that has been subjected to accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, acts of God, improper handling, improper transport, improper storage, improper use or application, improper installation, improper testing or unauthorized repair, (ii) to cosmetic problems or defects that result from normal wear and tear under ordinary use, and do not affect the performance or use of the product. We (Bubble Magus, SSA, YCA) warranty applies only to a product that is manufactured by Bubble Magus, SSA, and YCA. If you notice a problem with your product, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Any attempts at self repair shall void this limited warranty. We (Bubble Magus, SSA, YCA) shall not be held liable for damage to any aquarium, aquarium life forms, or other personal objects due to improper use of the device. If the product develops a covered defect within the one-year period, we (Bubble Magus, SSA, YCA) will, at its option, either repair or replace the product without charge, provided that our product is returned during the warranty period. The warranty period is not perpetuate.
The Customer is responsible for all shipping cost of the defective product back to our warehouse during the warranty period.
We will not be liable for any damage caused to your aquarium resulting from the use of the Bubble Magus, SSA, YCA) product.

You will receive instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement. To take advantage of this Limited Warranty you will be required to supply an original point of purchase receipt.
ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE Bubble Magus, SSA, YCA PRODUCT THAT IS NOT A RESULT OF A DEFECT IN THE MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ALL CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER MADE OR SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANOTHER PERSON AND WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT, SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL BUBBLE MAGUS OR ITS DISTRIBUTOR BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY OF TO USE THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, DAMAGE TO YOUR AQUARIUM OR ANY AQUARIUM INHABITANTS), OR FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, EVEN IF BUBBLE MAGUS OR ITS DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE SHALL BUBBLE MAGUS’ LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT USE BUBBLE MAGUS PRODUCT.
